Shipping policy

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING:

• We offer FREE delivery on all orders anywhere in New Zealand including parcels sent to PO Box numbers or rural addresses.
• We aim to ship orders the same day if received by 2pm.
• Parcels are non-signature unless otherwise requested.
• Your parcel should arrive within 1-3 working days (may be longer for rural) according to the NZ Post overnight courier service.
• If you need to return an item please refer to our Returns Policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• We use NZ Post International Tracked Courier to street addresses (not PO Boxes) in most countries around the world. 
• The cost for delivery is calculated in the shopping cart when you select the delivery address. You can add or remove items, update your cart and recalculate the total cost at any stage.
• A flat rate determined by your delivery country is charged for orders up to 1 kilogram (1 kg). For orders weighing over 1 kg, the delivery cost is the 1 kg rate plus an extra charge for each additional kilogram of product weight thereafter.
• Please provide the delivery address in the local language as well as English.
