Evening primrose oil is extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose plant, Oenothera biennis.

It is naturally rich in linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid. These belong to the omega-6 family of fatty acids and contribute to the structure of cell membranes throughout the body.

Gamma-linolenic acid, or GLA, is converted by the body into compounds involved in normal inflammatory-response and cellular-signalling pathways. This is why evening primrose oil is commonly included in supplements developed for skin, menstrual and joint wellbeing.

Vitamin E is included as an antioxidant to help protect the oil from oxidation and contribute additional cellular antioxidant support.

Best quality evening primrose oil

My cycles were a mess after the birth of my last baby. Ovulation was debilitating and my periods were heavy. I tried a few brands of EPO and was going to give up on it when I decided to try O2B. I noticed the difference within two weeks. My cycles are so much more manageable and regular. Great quality product, far superior to the probably stale stuff from the supermarket.

This is great news for you AJ, thanks so much for taking the time to write a review. We really appreciate the feedback and are so happy our EPO has helped to support your hormone health.
