The lymphatic system is a network of vessels, nodes and organs that helps return excess tissue fluid to the bloodstream and supports immune function. Unlike blood circulation, lymph does not have a central pump like the heart. Everyday muscle movement, breathing and the contraction of lymphatic vessels all help lymph move through the body. Rubbing O2B Lymphatic Flow onto these areas can support natural movement of lymph.

O2B Lymphatic Flow Cream is intended to support the massage experience, rather than replace professional lymphatic treatment.

Its olive-oil-derived base and castor oil provide glide and help soften the skin during massage. Lavender oil gives the cream a mild botanical scent, while poke root, iodine and zinc oxide complete the topical formula.

What is O2B Lymphatic Flow Cream?

O2B Lymphatic Flow is a topical botanical cream designed to complement gentle massage around the feet, neck and lymph-node areas.

It contains an olive-oil-derived cream base together with poke root, castor oil, zinc oxide, iodine and lavender oil.

What is the cream used for?

It is used as a massage medium during a lymphatic self-care routine. The cream provides slip for the hands, reduces friction and helps moisturise the skin while the area is gently massaged.

Does the cream drain lymphatic fluid by itself?

Its role is to support comfortable massage. Gentle movement and specialised massage techniques can help lymphatic fluid move, but diagnosed lymphoedema often requires a broader management programme that may include compression, exercise and professional care.

Does Lymphatic Flow Cream detoxify the body?

The lymphatic system helps transport fluid and participates in immune function, while substances are processed and removed through organs including the liver and kidneys. The cream is intended for massage and skin care.

Where should I apply it?

  • Feet
  • Neck
  • Lymph-node areas

Only apply it to healthy, unbroken skin. Follow professional guidance when massaging an area affected by diagnosed lymphoedema, surgery or lymph-node removal.

How often should I apply it?

Massage it into the relevant areas morning and night, or use it as directed by your healthcare professional.

How much should I use?

Begin with a small amount. Enough to create comfortable glide without leaving the skin heavily coated. Add more only when needed.

Should lymphatic massage be firm?

No. Lymphatic self-massage generally uses light, gentle movements rather than deep pressure. Firm massage may be uncomfortable and is not necessarily more effective.

Anyone with diagnosed lymphoedema should follow the technique taught by a trained lymphoedema professional.

Can Lymphatic Flow Cream treat lymphoedema?

No. Recognised lymphoedema management may include specialised massage, compression, exercise and careful skin care under professional guidance.

Can I use it after lymph-node removal?

Ask your surgeon, lymphoedema therapist or healthcare professional first.

Massage pathways may need to be adapted after lymph-node surgery or radiation treatment. Do not massage directly over incompletely healed surgical areas.

Can I use it on broken skin?

No. Do not apply the cream to broken skin, open wounds, ulcers or areas showing signs of infection.

Can I use it on sensitive skin?

The formula contains several biologically active ingredients and lavender oil, so sensitive skin may react.

Patch test a small area first and wait before applying it more widely. Stop using the cream if redness, burning, itching or another reaction develops.

How do I perform a patch test?

Apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area of healthy skin.

Leave the area undisturbed and monitor it for irritation according to the current label or professional advice. Do not continue using the product if a reaction develops.

Why does the formula contain castor oil?

Castor oil contributes to the cream’s emollient texture and helps provide glide during massage.

The product is for external use only and should not be swallowed.

Why does it contain lavender oil?

Lavender oil gives the cream its mild botanical fragrance and contributes to the sensory experience of the massage routine.

People sensitive to fragranced products or essential oils should patch test before broader use.

What is poke root?

Poke root comes from the pokeweed plant, traditionally used in some topical herbal preparations.

Can I use the cream while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Consult your midwife, doctor or another qualified healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Does it contain parabens?

The formula is free from parabens, artificial colours and artificial preservatives.

Massage liberally on feet, neck and lymphatic nodes day and night or as directed by your health care professional.

EXTERNAL USE ONLY

If you are pregnant, nursing or have known ingredient sensitivities please consult your health care professional before using this product.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice.

Why use Lymphatic Flow Cream?

You may already know that you should move more, drink enough water and take breaks from sitting, but real life can involve long workdays, travel, caring responsibilities and evenings when you have very little energy left.

Lymphatic Flow Cream gives you a simple physical cue to pause and pay attention to your body:

  • The act of applying it encourages a few minutes of gentle massage
  • Its creamy texture helps your hands move without dragging the skin
  • The lavender scent can make the routine feel calmer and more deliberate
  • The same morning-and-evening habit is easy to repeat

This cream is amazing!

I had been suffering from an accumulation of fluid causing swelling in my legs, I had no idea what it was until someone said it may be my lymphatic system. My legs particularly around my knees were large and swollen. [This cream] is amazing and it's good because it's natural. thank you for making this..
