Vitamin K2 plays an important role in how calcium is used throughout the body. It activates calcium-binding proteins including osteocalcin and matrix GLA protein.

Osteocalcin supports the incorporation of calcium into bone tissue, helping build and maintain strong bones. Matrix GLA protein supports healthy soft tissues by helping regulate where calcium is deposited within the body.

O2B Vitamin K2 contains 180mcg of MenaQ7®, a patented and clinically researched form of menaquinone-7. MK-7 is a highly bioactive form of vitamin K2 that has been studied for its role in supporting bone health and vascular elasticity.

Vitamin D3 is included to complement vitamin K2 and support calcium metabolism. Each capsule provides 25mcg, equivalent to 1,000IU, of vitamin D3.
